Cooler

I bought this 60-quart Igloo Sunset Rolling Cooler from Sam’s Club because it has wheels and was the only one that I could find for under $50 that would fit my used 18″ x 12″ Cornelius three-line cold plate.

Faucet Shanks

I used these stainless steel Four inch Krome shanks from Brew Hardware. I used a 21mm hole saw that I already had to make the holes in the cooler. It was too tight to push the shanks through the cooler wall. I attached the faucets to make it easier to screw the shanks into the cooler.

Pass through Shanks/Bulkheads

I used these stainless steel Krome bulkheads with 1/4′ MFL fittings, which also came from Brew Hardware. They can pass through a wall thickness up to 2.5″. You can also use these for gas lines.

Duotight 4mm ID Beer Line

I was able to order the maximum amount of 39 feet of Duotight beer line from Brew Hardware by adding a quantity of 7 of their 5.5 ft lengths and leaving a comment that I wanted a single length, which is what they tell you to do in the item’s description. You can get even longer lengths from MoreBeer. I used kitchen shears to easily cut the hose to size.

Duotight Fittings

I only needed two different Duotight fittings for my cold plate, shanks, and bulkheads. I needed many of these 1/4″ FFL x 8mm (5/16″) OD Tubing Duotight Fittings (also available at MoreBeer). For the faucet shanks, I used these Beer Thread x 8mm (5/16″) OD Tubing Duotight Fittings (again, also available at MoreBeer).

Locking Clips for Duotight Fittings

I also bought this pack of 1/4″ Locking Clips for Duotight Fittings from Amazon. They’re probably not necessary, but I like the peace of mind that the tubing is less likely to slip out if something gets bumped.
